Standard glass accessories
14-day cooling-off period
For standard glass accessories (such as glass clamps, profiles, sealant and tools) you as a consumer have 14-day cooling-off period. You may withdraw and return the item unused within that period. The period starts on the day you receive the order; after notifying us you have another 14 days to return the item.
Custom glass
Excluded from the right of withdrawal
Custom glass is produced especially for you to the specified dimensions. This is made-to-measure and therefore legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 6:230p sub f Dutch Civil Code). We deliberately state this clearly up front — in the configurator, in your cart and on your confirmation. So always check your measurements carefully; the "Check your measurements" step helps you with this.
Withdrawing from a standard item
Want to withdraw from a standard item? Then use our digital withdrawal button. You enter your order number and email address, and we confirm your request by email — after which the return period begins.
Retourtermijn en retourkosten
Je hebt na ontvangst 14 dagen bedenktijd op standaard glasartikelen. Meld je retour binnen die termijn aan; daarna heb je nog eens 14 dagen om het artikel terug te sturen. De kosten van het terugsturen zijn voor eigen rekening:

Bedragen zijn inclusief btw en gelden per retourzending. Stuur je terug omdat er iets mis is met de levering — defect, transportschade of verkeerd geleverd — dan zijn de retourkosten uiteraard voor ons. Glas op maat is maatwerk en valt buiten het herroepingsrecht; dat kun je alleen retourneren als er iets mis mee is.
