Delivery days by region
We run fixed delivery routes throughout the Netherlands and Flanders. The map shows which day we drive in each postcode area. Check your exact delivery day by postcode below — and you will always see it again in your basket.
Indicative — during busy periods or holidays the route may vary; your delivery day is always shown in your cart and confirmation.
Delivery time
The indicative delivery time for custom glass is currently 2-3 weken. The exact delivery time depends on the type of glass and the processing you choose; you'll always see the indication again in the configurator and in your cart. Should anything unexpectedly run late, we'll let you know in good time.
Individual items (glass fittings and glass accessories) are usually available from stock — delivery time 2-3 werkdagen. If you order items together with custom glass, we apply the delivery time of the glass.

What can you expect at delivery?
- • Own transport (glass and parcel): the day before delivery you receive a confirmation with a time slot. If you provided a mobile number, you receive an SMS as soon as the driver leaves the previous customer.
- • Parcel shipment (Transmission): you automatically receive a link with delivery information (provided your email address was given).
- • There is no live tracking; you are kept informed via the messages above.
Delivery to the building site
We deliver by specialised glass transport throughout the Netherlands and Flanders. Delivering to a building site? Then enter a different delivery address during checkout. The transport is insured: should anything get damaged in transit, we'll sort it out for you.
Please note: we deliver nationwide, but having the glass installed for you is something we offer in the area around Amersfoort (± 50 km). Interested? Request a quote with installation.

Collection
As well as delivery, you can collect your order free of charge. Choose “Collection” at checkout; you will be notified as soon as your order is ready. Only come by once you have that message — otherwise your order will not be there yet.
